I join the Officers of PPA NJ North Region for 2009-2010
About PPANJ North Region
and new officers for 2009-2010
I am a proud and active member of the Professional Photographers Association New Jersey PPA NJ) North Region - which is an affiliate of the National PPA - and recently elected to as Secretary.
Today, Professional Photographers of America (PPA) is the world’s largest nonprofit association for professional photographers, with more than 20,000 members in 54 countries. This association seeks to increase its members’ business savvy as well as broaden their creative scope, advancing careers by providing all the tools for success...as they have since 1880.
Truly, life is more peaceful with PPA. Members can rest easy, knowing they’re backed by the industry’s most powerful organization. Mission StatementTo be the leader in the dissemination of knowledge in the areas of professional business practices and creative image-making, and to define and maintain the industry’s standards of excellence.
Vision Statement
To create a global perspective that promotes business first, creativity foremost and excellence always.
In short PPA is a solid professional organization - offering support, high professional standards and on going education.
In May the new officers for PPA NJ North Region were elected, including myself as Secretary. I am honored to contribute my time to this organization.
