I want to share with you some of my favorite venues in Northern New Jersey, that I have had the opportunity to photograph. We have so many fabulous choices - venues and settings that are unique and each have a feel of their own. Todays place is the Madison Hotel in Morristown. The Madison Hotel offers The Conservatory,a greenhouse room which can be used for ceremonies and / or the reception. Todays view of the Madison Hotel is showing off The Conservatory used for a daytime ceremony. The setting is virtual eye candy with the daylight flooding the room, the signature white chairs and decorated with an abundance of red roses. Following the sundrenched ceremony in The Conservatory greenhouse room, the reception embodied old world charm in The Grand Ballroom.

Here is the latest news - in a Wedding Trends Survey - conducted Mar 22-30, 2010 -of 422 women who were married in the last 12 months - Good (Great) photography is worth paying for but 22% did not realize this until after the wedding was over. If they could do it again, they would have spend less on the dress and more on the memories !!!!!!!!
I had a chance to go behind the scenes and capture my favorite 'cookie lady' at work. Melissa of Cookie Crumb Productions is a fabulous baker and it was great fun to photograph her and her cookies.

I truly love doing the wedding album designs - I am not using cookie cutter templates - each album reflects the Bride and Groom and the uniqueness of them and the special qualities of their wedding. Here is a peak at some of the pages of this album - you can view the entire album on my FB page - Harris Photography. Enjoy
